Cooling Cucumber-Honeydew Juice for Skin, Gut + Cycle Support

I know what it’s like to try every topical, every cleanse, every protocol—only to still feel stuck. For me, everything shifted when I stopped fighting my body and started supporting her. One of the easiest and most refreshing ways I’ve done that? This juicy, cooling blend that’s become a staple in my kitchen—especially on hot days when the body craves hydration and ease.
Cucumber-Honeydew Juice Recipe (for 1–2 servings):
1/2 honeydew melon, peeled and cubed
1/2 large cucumber (or 1 small), peeled if waxy
1–2 stalks celery
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A small thumb of ginger (peeled)
Optional: splash of coconut water or mint leaves for extra cooling
How to Make:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if you prefer a juice-like texture.
Pour into a glass, sip slowly, and enjoy with intention.
